"In the processing and production of wine, we strive to combine modern technologies with traditional methods, which, along with our signature, give the wines an unmistakable character. Our range consists mostly of dry wines, but for varieties that achieve high grape ripeness, we retain a pleasant residual natural grape sugar. Among our specialties is the production of wines that age in new French barrels. With our small production, we want to show that, compared to the wine world, it is possible to produce very high-quality varietal wines even in our conditions."
