On St. Nicholas Day, the outdoor recreation area transforms into a baking workshop where families can knead, shape, and bake delicious Grittibänze in a real clay oven. Enjoy the crackling fire and warm atmosphere as you craft your own Grittibänz from fresh dough. While your bread bakes, visit the Samichlaus in the Heulager. This event is perfect for families, friends, and anyone who loves tradition. No registration required, and the event takes place rain or shine.
