Description

This event features three artists presenting their individual takes on contemporary American Primitive Guitar. Glenn Jones, a founding member of Cul de Sac, is known for his narrative compositions and precise fingerstyle technique. Liam Grant combines the Takoma tradition with expansive, almost symphonic guitar soundscapes. Son of Buzzi offers slowly unfolding, meditative pieces that hover between wakefulness and dream states. The performers will showcase their skills on acoustic guitar, with Son of Buzzi also incorporating electric guitar and found sounds, creating a diverse and immersive musical experience.
