Description

Tomi Ungerer's works undermine our social conventions and our aesthetic perception. Can beauty be ugly or is the ugly also beautiful? This question provides us with the design basis for surprising, witty, and irritating collages. We dissect glossy images of models and other beauties and glue these fragments into quite ugly new compositions.
