Twice a week, snail Mila opens her story suitcase. We watch, listen, sing, dance, laugh, ... and get to know many great words, verses, and books.

For children from 0 to 3 years old
Every Tuesday and Thursday morning (except during the school holidays of the Chur city school)

The Bookstart Project
The Bookstart project is committed to supporting children's language development from the first year of life so that they gain access to the world of books and knowledge. The first years of life are crucial for a child's development: babies and toddlers need attention and diverse linguistic stimulation. However, not all children grow up under equally good conditions. That is why Bookstart was initiated by SIKJM and Bibliomedia.

General Information

The Book and Play Start takes place at the Chur City Library and is aimed at children aged 0 to 3 years. The events offer an opportunity to playfully get to know language, books, and stories. They take place every Tuesday and Thursday morning outside of school holidays.
