Description

The works of Georg Christen mostly originate from patterns captured in passing in the corners of the eyes in the surroundings, accidentally discovered repetitions, otherwise unnoticed signs. They are found objects: a net hanging somewhere, a shadow of a fence, woodworm tunnels. Through omissions and additions, new, unseen forms arise, often transforming into biomorphic structures. Is this something new or just uncovered? Visible messages from a hidden world?

Highlights

  • Exhibition by Georg Christen
