Esther Kern and Regina Schwarzenbach lead a hands-on workshop highlighting the often-overlooked parts of vegetables and surprising ingredients from Swiss cultivation. Participants will learn about diverse vegetable varieties, sample different plant parts, and enjoy a simple Tavolata to conclude the event. This session offers a fresh perspective on vegetables and their culinary possibilities.
