The Gantrisch Trail is the popular season finale for trail runners of all ages. Here, ambitious runners and enthusiasts, professionals and beginners meet.
There are four distances to choose from:
The K35 with 1570 meters of elevation challenges with three tough climbs and rewards with impressive panoramas.
The K23 convinces with varied trails, views of the Jungfrau massif, and ideal conditions for experienced runners.
The K11 offers a short but intense course with ascents and descents, forest trails, and views of the Gantrisch range - also ideal for walkers.
For the youngest, there is the Kids Trail with age-appropriate routes around the village and through the autumnal Riggisberg.
Start and finish are at the Aebnit schoolhouse in Riggisberg. The program begins in the morning with bib number distribution and the first starts. Throughout the day, finish arrivals, award ceremonies, and in the afternoon, children's runs follow.
