Convulsif arrives with a new ultra-noisy masterpiece, Bruyante presents its incredibly catchy debut album, and Reaptile celebrates 10 years of neck pain, ear buzzing, and inexhaustible sludge riffs! Come, enjoy, and lose yourself in these sonic mantras! Anatomy of Rage Convulsif is a collective and band formed in 2014 from the Convulsif Bigband project, launched by bassist Loïc Grobéty. The quartet explores a rewarding tension between composition and improvisation through powerful sounds and experiments at the edges of styles and musical languages. With its unusual instrumentation – a classic rhythm section composed of Loïc Grobéty on bass and Maxime Hänsenberger on drums, as well as a heavily amplified and processed violin and bass clarinet, played respectively by Jamasp Jhabvala and Christian Müller – the band dives into the heart of the current rock scene and mixes different trends to form a new unknown conglomerate: Doom, Drone, Black Metal, and Noise are played through conceptual improvisation and imposed themes, all tinted by very unusual instrumentation. https://www.facebook.com/convulsifband https://www.instagram.com/convulsif/ https://convulsif.ch https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z6QJjDY2Enw The Pines Know Bruyante was formed in the summer of 2024 by Valentin Descloux, Zoé Sanchez, and David Bourquenoud. The band quickly oriented itself towards a heavy and dense style, inspired by the post-hardcore, dark folk, and art rock scenes like Big Brave, Emma Ruth Rundle, Birds In Row, Brutus, or more locally Coilguns. Playing with violent and energy-charged atmospheres, from ethereal parts to melancholic and haunting moods, Bruyante expresses what lingers in our hearts – sadness, anger, fear, hope.
