Gilla Cremer and pianist Gerd Bellmann accompany four old school friends through their lives with playing and singing: From childhood vows to teenage drunkenness, from crazy costume parties to the highly complicated invitation process of a 50th birthday – career, family, new loves, and breakups suddenly show friendship a red card.
Stories of closeness and silliness come alive, of disappointment, loss, and the longing to find a good friend even at 75 years old. Scientists say that those with good friends get sick less often, live longer and happier! But what is a true friend, a good female friend? How many do we have and where does friendship end?
