Description

This course by Schwimmschule Amriswil aims to teach children proper underwater exhalation, floating, gliding on the stomach and back, and turning. Participants will practice pushing off from the pool edge and moving forward 3-4 meters with alternating kicks in shallow water. The course requires children to be comfortable in water and able to hold their breath underwater for at least three seconds.
