Description

This course, organized by Schwimmschule Amriswil at Rehaklinik Zihlschlacht, aims to teach children proper underwater exhalation, floating, gliding, and turning. Participants will learn to push off from the pool edge and move forward 3-4 meters with alternating kicks in shallow water. The course is suitable for children aged 4 and above who can comfortably stay in shallow water and hold their breath underwater for at least three seconds. The program includes 8 lessons of 30 minutes each, with entry included in the price.
