Description

The Schwimmschule Amriswil offers a comprehensive swimming course for children aged 4 and above, aiming to teach proper underwater breathing, floating, gliding on the stomach and back, and turning. Participants will learn to push off from the pool edge and move forward 3-4 meters with alternating kicks in shallow water. The course consists of 8 lessons of 30 minutes each at the Rehaklinik Zihlschlacht, with a focus on building confidence and swimming skills in a safe environment.
