Raunächte. Time for good old customs and time for real stuff. Even in the Jazz Club, we drive out the winter spirits – in our own way: We don't smoke with herbs, but with smoky guitar riffs and earthy grooves from the band Forest Blues Reloaded. The Black Forest formation around the saxophonist Uli Eith, who grew up in Villingen, brings the sound that cleanses the soul and ushers in the new year with a strong bass – raw, honest, and damn jazzy. With a musically high-proof mix of blues, soul, and driving grooves, the band heats up the audience again this year. Among others, songs by Ray Charles, James Brown, Stevie Wonder, Eric Clapton, and Amy Winehouse get into the ear and the legs – with energetic vibes that will, as always, inspire.
