Description

We all age, some still have decades until their first gray hair, while others already have deep wrinkles around their eyes, and everyday life loses its lightness due to hip pain, knee pain, and much more. Dotti (Elvira H. Plüss) and Marlen (played by Ruth Oswalt, founder of the Vorstadttheater Basel) are over 70 years old and discuss their own aging on stage, sometimes poetically, sometimes brutally, and mostly humorously. What was good in life? What was missing and still is? Is it too late to have a new experience, or can one simply be content and stroll through life? Many questions are raised, and wonderful answers are given, which unfold powerfully in the striking dialogues and the bubbling play between the two different women. © Theater Lilith Participants and additional information:

General Information

The play "FLÜGEL AM FUSS" addresses aging in a humorous and poetic way. Dotti and Marlen, two women over 70, reflect on their lives and ask questions about experiences and satisfaction. The performance takes place at the Neues Theater in Dornach.
