Celebrating the voices that resist. Photo Elysée gives carte blanche to Lausanne artist Danial Seyed Adoubi for an evening closing of the exhibition Why Don’t You Dance? by Hannah Darabi. An evening where poetry, performance, and music celebrate the voices of freedom, traverse exile memories, and bring people together. 6:30 PM - 7:00 PM: Mille et un chants de liberté (poetry) Poems by great Iranian female authors resonate in French and Persian in a dialogue between voices, piano, and percussion. A tribute to the voices of resistance and freedom. Voices: Danial Seyed Aboudi / Piano: Layla Ramezan / Percussion: Shahab Eghabli 7:30 PM - 8:00 PM: Requiem for the absent bodies (performance) Between cabaret, ritual, and performance, bodies transform as voices summon the ghosts of exile. A hypnotic journey through memory, mourning, and changing identities. Concept and performance: Danial Seyed Aboudi 8:00 PM - 10:00 PM: Ramin (DJ set) Ramin explores sounds from the SWANA region, from global club to pop, funk, electro, and progressive house, through eclectic and unifying performances.
