During the pandemic, we were confronted with information, assessments, and measures that sometimes contradicted each other. Even within the scientific community, there was not always consensus. Many questions remained for many people, questions that still resonate today. Several years have now passed. This temporal distance allows for a calmer perspective on the events of that time – beyond fear, time pressure, and heated debates. In his new documentary "Der HYpe," filmmaker Mike Wyniger explores the crucial questions:
What lessons can we learn from the past, especially from the year 2020?
What do we know today that we didn't know back then?
And how can we prevent future decisions from being made blindly again? The film does not invite us to deepen old divides. It creates space to look more closely, understand connections better, and think together forward. I warmly invite you to this special film evening.
