We were able to secure Ernst Landolt for a series of interviews. On October 22, he will interview Peter Matzinger, a farmer. What does it mean to be a farmer today? Together, they will explore the balance between traditional farming practices and modern farm techniques. In doing so, they will provide insights into the roles of the farming family in farm life. For this event as well, our team will prepare a “Tavolata,” this time featuring local game; there will also be plenty of options for vegetarians. The event begins at 7:00 p. m. with musical accompaniment by the Stadtforen hunting horn ensemble. A delightful event full of music and good company awaits you! This event can only be booked with dinner, as the meal takes place during the event.
