farbfilter. combines German-language indie rock with attitude, depth, and a keen sense of what happens between the lines. Refreshingly unconventional and with the playful experience of several hundred performances, concerts by the five musicians are a real live event. Sometimes political, sometimes poetic, farbfilter. remains always down-to-earth and authentic. Recently, the band, in collaboration with Jan Plewka, drew attention with the reissue of the TempEau classic "Mädchen aus Greifswald" about the danger of political appropriation by the far right.
