Paris, February 13, 1886 – composer Camille Saint-Saëns (Andreas Peer Kähler) welcomes the guests of his house concert and humorously announces the premiere of one of the most famous family concert programs of the next 200 years… But first, some instruments must be introduced and animals guessed by the audience! An equally entertaining and humorous stage play about the CARNIVAL OF THE ANIMALS, which is fully and scenically performed at the end by 50 young dancers, the young piano duo Helene Zehender and Johannes Storch, and the Chamber Orchestra Unter den Linden. In cooperation with the music school “Leo Borchard” Steglitz-Zehlendorf and the ballet and dance studio Zehlendorf, directed by Franziska Rengger. From 5 years old – 70 min. In every concert, three children can win a musical picture book from the Annette Betz publishing house! After the concert, musical instruments from the Sound Museum can be tried out in the foyer under expert guidance.
