Lukas Fuchs' new songs are born from precise observation and a sensitivity that finds the essential in the unremarkable. Music for everyone who seeks songs with attitude and heart. Support: Waverer (CH) Waverer (English: Hesitator, Hesitant) is a man who often thinks and feels a bit more than he likes. He floats in his own world, and you often can't read him very precisely. He worries about what others think of him, likes to stage himself, and then withdraws again. Waverer is Zurich's Lorenzo Contin. Armed with sharp irony, he repeatedly accidentally shoots himself in the foot. Deep fears are expressed this way, hard-won opinions fall apart. The truth is rarely one-sided. The band around Contin combines his songwriting with an analog folk-rock sound. Influences from the sixties and seventies are contrasted with synthesizers and drum machines. Waverer's first two EPs are released by Zurich's Lauter music collective.
