Description
Encouragement is the opposite of stress and anxiety and promotes physical and mental health, satisfaction, and success in life. Encouragement is the inner attitude of valuing the positive more than the negative towards oneself and others. It is reflected in how we think, feel, and act. Surely, as a mother or father, you want to raise your children with encouragement, but everyday life with its hustle, too many stimuli, and problems sometimes makes it different. You will experience how, despite stress and demands, you can surprisingly quickly promote calmness and good feelings. The theoretical part of the lecture presents findings from biology and brain research in an easy-to-understand way. In the practical part, you will get many ideas on how to incorporate encouragement and stress reduction into your daily life. This will help you change your inner attitude to a positive one.
