Description

This course, organized by Karl der Grosse in collaboration with Empathie Stadt Zürich, offers an in-depth exploration of empathy and conflict resolution over seven consecutive days. Led by trainer Johanna Mayerhofer, participants will learn how to maintain constructive dialogue despite differences, improve communication, and develop empathy for self and others. The sessions are suitable for all levels, with the first evening providing an informal introduction. The course emphasizes the importance of empathy in building a cohesive society and incorporates principles from nonviolent communication.
