And every year, it still takes surprisingly much to somehow reach the festive idyll despite gift stress and some interpersonal hurdles. With lively melodies at a high artistic level and a good dose of wink, the Melodiven present themselves as a sister quintet between glamour and sibling quarrels, nostalgia and gift envy, Christmas carols and little catastrophes. «A Beautiful Gift!» is a varied, funny, but also contemplative-glittering program that makes the anticipation of Christmas perfect.
