Lice, bedbugs, scabies – how to recognise them and what to do if they appear.
Can you recognise them and do you know what to do if you come across them? This talk is aimed at both the general public and social services staff and volunteers who may encounter them in the field. We will explain how to recognise these parasites, how they spread and how to prevent them. We will advise you on what to do if you discover them on yourself or on a client. There will also be time for your questions and for sharing experiences or practical insights.
The lecture is organised by the Regional Public Health Authority of the Liberec Region, based in Liberec, Jablonec nad Nisou branch.
The event is taking place as part of Social Services Week.
