Description

An art workshop for everyone who wants to try a traditional graphic technique in a different way. We will learn how to create a two-color print from a single linocut block using motif layout and separate application of colors. We will demonstrate the basic principles of linocut, try working with gouges, and explore printing options without a printing press. In the end, everyone will take home their own original graphic sheet. No prior experience is needed – just a desire to create and not be afraid to carve into linoleum. The workshop will take place in the lecture hall of the Prachatice Museum.

General Information
