We only die once, so let it be worth it! In life, we have one certainty where we are all equal – death. We all know it will come, so what is there to fear? Well, when I die, I won't know about it anyway! So what does it matter? Perhaps we are scared because it often comes like that rude guest we want to tell directly, 'You have to wait, I’m not ready yet, it was said to be at twelve!' But what if that rude guest replies: 'Oh, sorry, I mistook the door. Where does your daddy live?' ... mommy, grandma, grandpa, daughter, son... And what next? There must be more. Then we all meet in one pub and reminisce together. Or at one big party? So let's properly toast with Nebojsy! Long live death, while we are still all alive! For those who are no longer with us. Parte Hard! An original performance on the border of theater, concert, and staged celebration Parte hard creates a space for safe sharing of pain and seeks reconciliation where only time can help. With feeling, empathy, humor, and music, it brings death back into life; not as an end, but as a transformation, as an opportunity for closeness, care, and understanding. Nebojsy, Johana, Kristýna, and Tereza invite you to celebrate life and death, which arose from their own experiences of losing a loved one. In their personal testimonies, they speak about what is taboo in society. Death and the process of dying is not just melancholy from books; it is care, fatigue, hopelessness, arrangements, paperwork. And often we don’t even know where to ask for help. We have become unaccustomed to being in direct contact with death, and perhaps we think that if we close our eyes, it won’t come. But Nebojsy will look it straight in the face – not with tears, but with a proper dose of determination and a question on their lips: Can death be a reason to celebrate? After the performance, there will be a workshop by the organization zesnu: How do you deal with death? Searching for answers to questions related to death. Reflecting on finiteness, the fragility of existence, and what it means for us to be alive. All this in a gentle handcraft workshop process. Alone with yourself, without the need to share anything...
