Kabaret LL The performance KabaretLL is not only the first original work of the DoppelL group but also the historically first play in the Czech language in the more than fifteen-year history of this originally German-speaking ensemble. Even an audience member from Šakvice will have a unique opportunity to be drawn into the story this time without the need for alcoholic beverages or narcotics. (However, consumption does not diminish the quality of the experience; on the contrary.) The work KabaretLL is inspired by the original cabaret, which has its roots back to the 15th century when it originated in France as a form of entertainment with a dance-musical-theatrical program responding to the conditions of contemporary society. A significant feature of this genre is the fact that there are no strict rules, and thus it can be entertainment for both purely intellectual viewers and those seeking light culture in the style of Peče celá země. The message that DoppelL intends to convey through the performance KabaretLL will safely draw you into the dangerous depths of contemporary society. In a slightly Kafkaesque interpretation of trivialized reality, you will not experience nudity. The originally German-speaking theater group has transformed into a group performing purely in Czech. However, you won't notice the difference – no one understands us anyway. Our acting qualities are beyond debate. There is nothing to say about them. Our veteran actors are no different from the new faces, and all perform in a way that dazzles the eye. WARNING This play is not suitable for children, individuals with fluctuating blood pressure, listeners of Radio Proglas, subscribers of the magazine Myslivost, and supporters of the Greenland movement in the Czech Republic are not welcome. For residents of the municipality of Vidlatá Seč, the obligation to wear a muzzle or present proof of rabies vaccination still applies. WARNING 2 The play is highly suitable for viewers who have already seen the performance in the past. We have changed the venue and are now performing on a stage that will transport you to another world - Divadlo Koráb! A few actors have been injured again, others have been hurt, and some have even been ridiculed. However, they have been replaced by new, younger actors... and they are great! They won't get tongue-tied! Some scenes have only a new coat, others we have stripped bare, and some have been replaced with fresh pieces according to the latest fashion.
