And in return, it has taken everything from us... Our attention span? Gone. Our privacy? Deleted. Our ability to engage in intelligent political discussion? Well, that has always been optional. In Digital Daddy, comedian Benjamin Delahaye delves deep into our collective digital addiction. From the promises of early modem connections to the chaotic madness of the social media era, he dissects the absurdity of a world where technology was supposed to bring us closer – and has instead made us more isolated than ever before. Is life really better today? Funny and sharp – this evening is for everyone who has ever thought: "I really should go offline... right after this last video." Born in France and now based in Zurich, Benjamin Delahaye has made a name for himself in the Swiss stand-up scene. His pointed humor has already been seen on SRF3 Comedy Zmorge and in the streaming show Stand Up! on OnePlus. He has made audiences laugh as support for Thomas Wiesel, Alexandre Kominek, and Joël von Mutzenbecher and was a finalist in the Olten Cabaret Casting in 2021.
