Description
The family concert "Der Josa mit der Zauberfiedel" is a piece for narrator, violin on the slackline, and orchestra, based on the children's classic by Janosch. Music, tightrope walking, and literature merge here into a total work of art for young and old. The violinist's balancing act by the world's first slackline violinist, playing the role of little Josa, gives this work an interdisciplinary touch. -An old charcoal burner named Jeromir and his son Josa were actually the happiest people on earth, if it weren't for this one problem: Josa is the smallest and weakest charcoal burner son you have ever seen. One day, Josa receives a magic violin: a violin that can make every listener either big and strong or very small. With this violin, Josa sets out for the moon. Along the way, he meets many people whom he can help thanks to his violin. He even manages to defeat the greedy king and his riders. Brave little Josa keeps going until he finally reaches the end of the world. Here he plays for the moon, which then becomes smaller or larger. The old Jeromir also sees this, and he knows that no one but Josa can perform such a miracle.-
