Marcel Hänggi is a Zurich-based journalist and author with a focus on science and the environment. In 2019, he launched the «Glacier Initiative». Most recently, he published his essay «The Beautiful, That Is Lost». In it, he asks what beauty is, whether there is right and wrong beauty, whether the good is beautiful and the beautiful is good – and why this matters.
