Culinary delight and nerve-wracking excitement: Guests at the Hohenwart Forum in Pforzheim are in for a treat: The Crime Dinner – a delicious multi-course menu in a stylish setting, framed by an exciting crime story: 'Prêt-à-Morter - The Last Cry' Silvie Breton, an aspiring fashion designer, receives a seemingly dream internship with the famous fashion icon Charlotte Sandler. But the glamorous job turns out to be a nightmare. Silvie must complete all the work for the new collection while Charlotte shines at events. Just before the long-awaited fashion show, Charlotte forces Silvie to completely renovate the event hall overnight. Additionally, she is to hand over her hotel room to the band "The Dark Fairground". Not least, she hands her lapdog FrouFrou to Silvie and departs for her next vernissage. When a heart-stopping scream is heard and the police cannot arrive in time, Silvie remembers her father, village policeman Luc Breton, and starts her own investigation. What happened?
