Description
It's time for a couple to resolve their differences. We're talking about France and Germany. Daniel Erdmann knows both sides very well: the differences, the similarities, the possible misunderstandings, and the mentality of both countries – making him the perfect mediator. For this "couples therapy," he has assembled a German-French sextet. It is a mix of old acquaintances and completely new people. A sense of security meets the new and uncertain. This mixture creates a captivating ensemble of virtuosic musicians, which will be heard in Zurich for the first time. Included are the young French clarinetist Hélène Duret, who is currently touring France with her band Suzanne; the energetic drummer Eva Klesse and bassist Robert Lucaciu, two established figures in the German jazz scene, as well as the phenomenal, expressive French string soloists Théo Ceccaldi and Vincent Courtois.
