Description

A story of emancipation and friendship, or the adventures of a little guy who chooses to live in accordance with his values. In this puppet show, the well-known company FRAKT’ invites children from 3 years old (but also older children) to follow the adventures of this young groom overwhelmed with work. The puppet-bag is playful and intuitive to manipulate, with a very graphic side that opens up an imagination close to comics. It resembles a teddy bear. We quickly become attached to this little character who puts so much heart into his work at the Hôtel du Sapin Bleu, performing tasks that seem titanic. But he can’t take it anymore and, after meeting Zip the suitcase, decides to leave everything behind for freedom and a better life. It won’t be without all kinds of adventures and unexpected encounters! In a simple and effective setting, the actress is not just the discreet manipulator serving the puppet. She also interacts with the audience, or with Groom, and helps him accomplish certain actions. Friendship, rebellion against authority (here the hotel manager), and empowerment resonate especially with young children.
