Christmas Season at Vranov Castle

Description

The Baroque castle in Vranov nad Dyjí will offer guided tours of its representative interiors during the Christmas season, transporting visitors to the Christmas and New Year period of the late 19th century and the early 20th century. Visitors will explore the festively decorated interiors, including the Ancestors' Hall, a beautifully set dining room, and a Christmas tree with gifts, while learning more about the Christmas traditions of that time. The tours will also feature items and furniture from the castle's depositories, specially selected for the Christmas season. Weather permitting, the southern and northern terraces with views of the surrounding landscape will be open. A thematic worksheet will be prepared for children.
