Chlauseinzug Jona

Description

The red Samichlaus dressed as a bishop sets off at 5:00 PM together with his many Schmutzlis and his little donkey from the Jonerwald over the Johannisberg to the Dorf schoolhouse. He is accompanied by two school classes with torches and the Einscheller group Benken at the edge of the forest. At around 6:00 PM, a short celebration takes place on the schoolhouse square before each child receives a small surprise from the Schmutzlis. Family visits take place from December 4th to 7th.
