Chilbi Exhibition «Curtain up! 50 Years of the Isenthal Theater Group»

Description

Welcome to the Isenthal Chilbi 2026! Since 1991, the Chilbi has included a cultural exhibition that evokes memories, enables encounters, and makes a piece of village history visible.
Following the successful photo exhibition, the Isenthal Cultural Commission dedicates this year's exhibition to the "50th Anniversary of the Isenthal Theater Group".
For half a century, it has enriched the cultural life in the valley. With much passion, humor, and commitment, countless theater evenings have been created, dialect plays rehearsed, sets built, and cross-generational friendships nurtured. The exhibition invites you to dive into this vibrant history: with pictures, videos, memories, stories, and special moments from a century of theater passion.
Hospitality and community are at the heart of the Isenthal Chilbi. Locals, former residents, and guests from near and far come together for a cozy gathering.
In the Urirotstock guest room, culinary delights, dance, and folk music create a festive atmosphere. In the gymnasium, the anniversary exhibition awaits you, while on the schoolyard, children's stalls and the musical serenade by the Isenthal Music Society enliven the village. Culinary delights await you at the Urirotstock inn with Chilbi specialties or in the youth group's café.
The municipal council and cultural commission warmly invite you to the Chilbi and the exhibition vernissage on Chilbi Saturday, October 17, 2026, at 8 p.m., in the festively decorated gymnasium.

A special thanks goes to all clubs, helpers, sponsors, and loyal supporters who contribute year after year to the success of the Chilbi.
Together, they make the Isenthal Chilbi a place of encounter, living tradition, and vibrant village community.
We look forward to your visit – welcome to Isenthal!
