Chestnut Gathering at the Villa

Description

Saturday, October 10, 2026, will belong to the popular Chestnut Gathering at the Stiassni Villa! Chestnuts are an inseparable part of our garden, and every year in autumn, they gift us a flood of beautiful, shiny fruits that we have loved collecting since childhood. Come enjoy this autumn joy with us! We are happy to lend you a basket on-site, but if you can, please bring your own – this year, we will try to collect as many chestnuts as possible. We also have a new feature for you. All the chestnuts we collect together will be sent for further processing this year. In collaboration with NATASHA, they will be turned into natural cleaning products, which you will soon be able to purchase directly from us. You will take home not only a fragrant memory of the Chestnut Gathering but also an original and practical gift. Honest collectors can expect (not only) sweet rewards, and children can look forward to creative workshops. Together, we will create cheerful animals from chestnuts, try painting on chestnuts, and engage in more autumn crafting. A FEW PRACTICAL DETAILS: We will collect chestnuts from 10 AM to 1 PM, or until supplies run out; this year, there are fewer chestnuts in the garden, so the collection may be shorter. If you can, please bring your own basket. If needed, we are happy to lend you one on-site. Children's workshops and other activities will take place throughout the event, from 10 AM to 1 PM. Admission: 100 CZK. Children under 6 years old enter for free. The admission fee is paid at the entrance to the area from Hroznová Street and includes all activities within the Chestnut Gathering. You can also look forward to a cozy autumn atmosphere and something good to snack on at Café Ernst. Come enjoy autumn at the Stiassni Villa, collect chestnuts, and transform them into something that will bring joy even later!
