But when Prussian big-city survival battles clash with Swiss coziness, misunderstandings are inevitable: Cycling on Berlin's Prenzlauer Berg can't be much different from the next Swiss mountain! Or can it? But she reminds herself of "I breathe in – I don't lose my temper yet" and turns up the anger outburst until it becomes a mutaushbruch. This way, the Berliner schnauze learns the 'niceness' from the Swiss. "Mutausbruch" offers a way out of the dead end of anger and encourages taking life's curves with a liberating smile.
