Candy Dulfer, born in the Netherlands, is one of the best in her field. Her saxophone can be heard with Prince, Pink Floyd, Blondie, Aretha Franklin, and Maceo Parker. With her nine-piece funk band, she is on her highly praised "Funkalicious Tour" and we are very pleased to announce a world-class portion at our festival with Candy Dulfer and her ensemble.

Candy Dulfer has long earned her place in music history. With her Grammy-nominated debut album "Saxuality," which sold over 2.5 million copies worldwide. She can also be heard on numerous solo albums as well as live and studio performances with the biggest names in the music scenes. These include several number-one hits in Europe, Japan, and the USA, as well as her worldwide concert tours and legendary live shows. She is the recipient of the Edison Jazz Lifetime Achievement Award, the most prestigious music award in the Netherlands. Her latest album, We Never Stop, an ode to musical resilience, was equally praised by critics and fans and led to the US Billboard number-one hit "Convergency" with Chic legend Nile Rodgers.
