Every Sunday morning from 08:00 to 11:00, you can enjoy our authentic "Buurä Zmorgä" (farmers' breakfast) in the restaurant of the Milchmanufaktur.

The rustic "Buurä" buffet with oven-fresh, crispy bread, croissants, rolls, "Jeannette's Buuräzopf", jam from Amselspitz, Swiss honey, Goldapfel chocolate bread spread, butter, Einsiedler meat platters, boiled "Trachslauer eggs", Einsiedler mountain milk yogurt, Einsiedler mountain milk, homemade bircher muesli, flakes and cornflakes, fruit smoothies, milkshakes, Einsiedler whey, fresh apple juice from Lützelhof, mineral water and "Drei Herzen" coffee (1 hot drink included) is ready for your enjoyment.
