Description
Four friends take off
The 81-year-old Thomas throws himself and his friends into a new adventure. To make it easier for seniors to visit the cemetery, they create the "Cemetery Shuttle Service." With a minibus provided by the municipality, Thomas and Frank drive elderly people to the cemetery daily and get to know their customers better with each trip. Meanwhile, Peter is responsible for medical emergency care, and Luigi acts as a social media manager from the retirement home. But the quickly emerging success is on shaky wheels: when the municipality takes away the minibus from one day to the next, Peter's forgetfulness becomes increasingly noticeable, Luigi's health deteriorates, and Frank's emigration approaches, the adventure threatens to end before it really gets going. Marc Du Buisson, born in 1993, spent the first 23 years of his life in Zuchwil in the canton of Solothurn. Only the sports and English studies led him to the city of Bern, where he still lives today.
