Bon Jour back in Basel! Those who experienced Bon Jour in spring at the BScene know: this band belongs on stage. After an exhilarating performance, the six musicians are now returning to Gannet for their first club show. Over the past years, Bon Jour has evolved from a secret tip to one of Austria's most exciting indie bands. Support shows for Alt-J and Bukahara, festival appearances at The Great Escape, Eurosonic, Reeperbahn Festival, or Frequency, as well as their celebrated debut album Growth, have impressively shown where their journey is headed. With their second studio album in tow, Bon Jour is now opening the next chapter. The new sound combines catchy melodies with psychedelic funk, surf rock, pop, and groovy indie — airy, colorful, and full of joy. Live, the new songs reveal their full strength: danceable, direct, and with plenty of room for spontaneous moments. A concert that invites you to sway along as much as to immerse yourself.
