The band was founded in 2015 from the internationally active reggae formation "Sebastian Sturm & Exile Airline," which always saw Bob Marley's music as the greatest inspiration for their own songs. With their captivating, authentic, and unparalleled energy, Marley’s Ghost now not only transports the music and many great songs of Bob Marley but also his message. Frontman Sebastian Sturm embodies the "King of Reggae," whose unmistakable voice has often earned him the reputation of being the "German voice of Bob Marley" in his musical career. The charismatic singer with German-Indonesian roots is a passionate frontman who captivates the audience and truly draws visitors into his spell! The musicians have been touring together for many years, crossing Europe and even Jamaica, the birthplace of reggae. They have made a name for themselves in the scene through their enormous joy of playing and passion as an outstanding live band (e.g., at festivals like Summerjam, Reggae Sun Ska, Rototom Sunsplash, Chiemsee Reggae Summer, among others). But they also stay true to their motto at private events like weddings or corporate parties: "We bring Marley to your Party!"
