Türggeribel from Schlegelhof, complemented with Grabser apple mousse, milk coffee, cheese (also "Suurà Chääs"), and a rich meat and cheese platter, bread (also "Föölebrot") and Zopf as well as pear bread, butter from Grabser dairy, and homemade jams, as well as fruit tarts with homemade quark dough.
