Description
The BioVino Fair is changing its face and returning to Lausanne under the name BioSaveurs. This new edition will highlight Swiss organic, biodynamic, and natural wines, as well as the fine grocery products that accompany and enhance them. The event will bring together around 60 winemakers, producers, and gourmet stands from all regions of Switzerland. Tastings, direct sales, culinary workshops, and a large communal table will make up a program designed to showcase the richness of Swiss terroirs in a friendly and gourmet atmosphere.
