Writing about your life does not mean you are asked to write your own autobiography. With biographical writing, you dive into your life through writing and gain clarity, depth, and the opportunity to encounter yourself anew through these short and intense journeys to yourself.

In a protected setting, we find the courage to look back together – and perhaps also to realign our current life. We write by hand because handwriting connects us more deeply – with ourselves, with our creativity, with our thoughts. It also slows us down – especially in this digital present, where we are practically flooded with AI-generated texts. Not to forget is the fact that our brain is constantly active when we only retrieve our information digitally. Thus, it is quality of life to engage only with oneself, with pen and paper, and in the form and time frame that suits us personally.
