Description

Under the direction of city archivist Werner Warth and graphic designer Fulvio Musso, thematic areas such as "Urban Development" or "Life in Wil" were created with thematic islands like "Fire and Water" or "Industry." Films on the topics run at various locations, photographs can be leafed through by hand, or source collections can be viewed. The implementation of the themes using industrial racks was chosen not only for cost reasons but also with regard to required changes. Thanks to the help of many volunteers from the Wil local community, the new setup was carried out cost-effectively, and even today volunteers can be used free of charge for supervision.

Highlights

• Permanent exhibition on the history of Wil • Thematic areas such as urban development and life in Wil • Interactive elements with films, photographs, and source collections
