Beyond the Mat: HANDS-ON ADJUSTMENTS LAB

Description

This hands-on lab is part of the Beyond the Mat teacher circles and offers a collaborative environment for yoga teachers to practice, refine, and exchange approaches to physical assists. Participants will work through a variety of asanas, exploring different methods of adjusting and supporting students. The session emphasizes experiential learning, shared insights, and understanding important aspects such as consent, boundaries, and teacher responsibility. It is suitable for all levels, whether actively teaching or not, and aims to deepen practical skills in a supportive setting.
