Description

We would like to give you an insight into our production and our craft.

We will show you the recipes and bake them together. During the preparation, you will learn all the basics about the product and how exactly it is made.
In between, there will be plenty of time for questions and further information.

Everything we bake together is included. You can take the Biber home with you and surprise family and friends with home-baked treats.

General Information

The Beaver Baking Course is held at the Biber bakery in Gais, Switzerland. Participants will learn the craft of baking Appenzeller Biber, with opportunities to ask questions and gain insights into the production process.
